So I've been pretty good at updating pictures, at least I think so! I have not been as good at keeping the info part updated. So much has happenned in the last while and we were just so busy enjoying it! Madeleine is really becoming a little toddler. She is still quite petite. Although we haven't been to the scales lately, she's feels like she is still under 20 lbs. Still only two bottom teeth, altough the two top ones are working mighty hard to poke out. She is still dragging herself on her belly, no full on crawl yet, but she is so quick at it. She slithers around like a little snake!
She is also standing up everywhere. It is quite funny to watch her. Standing up is definitely a favorite activity right now. And she is quite solid- but no attempts to make a run for it just yet.
She is still eating well. She loves apples, grilled cheese sandwiches, beef macaroni, chicken and gravy (hmm.. who doesn't!) and popcorn. It is so nice to be able to give her real people food.
We have also gone through a huge change recently. I, have returned to work. That's right, I gave in. Chris is taking the last two months of parental leave while I go relax at work... So far, the change has been good for everyone. Chris and Madeleine have gotten to spend time with Nana and Popa in Halifax, I have finally been able to score a bit of me time, all of a sudden, our family feels more balanced. I love it.
